What's new?
Before you even upload a file, Smart Upload shows you which files are expected for your planning and which columns each one needs to contain. You then simply upload your files — like sending a message in a chat. The assistant reads every file and reports back what it found: file by file, column by column.
If a file is missing, details don't match, or a required column is missing, the assistant tells you right away — instead of guessing or silently moving on. That gives you the confidence that only complete and correct data flows into planning, without manually checking files or waiting on a colleague to confirm. You can see the status of every uploaded file at a glance, anytime afterward.

Why it matters
Incomplete or incorrect input data is one of the most common reasons planners distrust automated planning — not because the planning logic is wrong, but because the underlying data was never actually checked. Smart Upload makes that check a visible, built-in part of every upload: fewer follow-up questions, more trust in your planning foundation.
FAQs
-
What does Smart Upload do?
Smart Upload checks every uploaded planning file for complete required data immediately, and reports missing files or columns back to you instead of silently accepting them.
-
How do I know which files I need to upload?
The assistant shows you in advance, right in the File Center — including the required columns for each file.
-
What happens if a required field is missing?
The assistant flags it directly and asks how you'd like to proceed — it doesn't decide on your behalf.
-
Can I still see the status of my uploads later?
Yes — the File Center always shows which files were uploaded and their current status.
