Adjust quantities — with your knowledge
PartsOS Planning proposes an order quantity. But you know things no dataset does: an announced large order, a trade fair, a frame contract. With "Adjust & accept" you change the quantity right in the request — and see the deviation from the proposal instantly. You briefly select a reason (e.g. "Higher demand expected" or "Minimum order quantity"), so it stays clear to you and your team why the proposal was overridden.

Snooze supply requests
Not every decision has to be made today. If you need to check with a colleague first, or expect the demand later than forecast, snooze the request — for 2 weeks, 1 month, or 3 months. Planning simply continues in the background, and the snoozed delivery stays visible in your stock simulation. Nothing gets lost, nothing gets forgotten — the request comes back when its time has come.
Both also work as bulk actions:
Select several requests and accept, snooze, or reject them together.

Why it matters
Forecasts are powerful — but they don't know everything. This release connects both the computing power of over 100 forecasting models, and what only you know about your business. Fewer detours, fewer corrections after the fact, more speed in your planning.

What happens while a request is snoozed?
Planning continues as normal in the background. The snoozed delivery stays visible in the stock simulation, and once the selected duration ends (2 weeks, 1 month, or 3 months), the request automatically comes back.

Does snoozing apply to a single request only?
No — all open requests for that SKU are snoozed. That way, you won't get new proposals for a part you deliberately put on hold.

Can I undo an adjusted or snoozed decision?
Yes, right after the action via "Undo" in the confirmation message.

Why do I have to give a reason when adjusting?
So it stays traceable for you and your team, why the proposal was overridden — especially when several people plan together, or you want to understand a decision months later.
