How long does it take to fill in the templates?
Most teams take less than an hour once they have ERP access. The templates are standardized Excel files—no specialized knowledge is required.

What data do I need to get started?
Three mandatory files: SKU master data, demand history, and current inventory. Optional: price tiers and open orders.

How much demand history is required?
At least three years of consumption history for reliable forecasts. Less is possible—just mention it during the mapping session, and we will adjust the approach.

Do I need IT support?
No. The templates are filled out by a single person with ERP access—no IT project, no custom integration.

Does PartsOS connect directly to our ERP?
A live integration is not required at launch. PartsOS Planning runs on standardized data uploads. No integration budget is necessary.
